Unlike other professional development courses, Become a Trusted Authority is not about magically changing how you feel about yourself or your work, it’s about taking simple brain science-based actions over time to change how others see you...and how you see yourself!
This course will teach you how to trust your own knowledge, experience and skills, so you can feel confident about the value you provide every day.
The strategies you learn here will enable you to build your confidence while you establish yourself as a trusted authority to your colleagues, customers, and even your boss!

I need natural self-confidence to be a trusted authority.
Self confidence is a skill, and you can build it by putting practices in place to cultivate it!
To be a trusted authority I have to focus on the subject I spend the most time on at my job (even if I hate it).
It’s not true! You can be a trusted authority in any subject you’re interested in and use the process I’ll teach you to direct your career in the direction you want it to go.
Inside this course you will:
Create a detailed roadmap to track your accomplishments as you progress through the 3 milestones of the “Trusted Authority Journey”.
Identify the topic, or area of focus, that you will be known for as a trusted authority (and that you are super excited about!).
Put mastery practices in place that will start building your confidence on day one.
Develop and launch your customized action plan to position yourself as a trusted authority with your colleagues and clients (starting with things that feel easy!).
Learn by doing through engaging course materials including lesson videos, activity sheets, practice exercises, checklists, self-tests, and much more! (This is my jam, folks, I’ve been building learning experiences for over 30 years.)
